Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any Cool Apps LLC product. By accessing or using any Cool Apps LLC application, extension, or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Cool Apps LLC is an independent software studio that builds simple, useful applications. All Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using any Cool Apps LLC product, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@coolapps.llc if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Purchases, Billing and Refunds

Cool Apps LLC products are sold on different terms from one another. Some are one-time purchases, some are licenses that run for a fixed period and then end, and some bill on a recurring basis. The billing model that applies to a product is stated in that product's own terms and is disclosed to you at checkout before you pay. These general terms do not impose a billing model on any product.

• Nothing bills you automatically unless that product's terms say so and you agreed to it at checkout. Where a product does bill on a recurring basis, you may stop it at any time, and how to do so is stated in that product's terms.
• Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. For some products a provider acts as merchant of record, which means that provider — not Cool Apps LLC — takes the payment, issues your receipt, and handles refunds. Where that applies, the product's terms identify the provider and tell you what will appear on your statement.
• Refunds are governed by the product's own terms and by the refund policy of whoever is merchant of record for that sale. Where a payment provider's policy is more generous than ours, that policy applies. We do not impose additional restrictions beyond what a product's terms state.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. A price change does not retroactively affect a period you have already paid for.

Where anything in this section conflicts with the terms for a specific product, the product's terms control. See section 9.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use any software developed by Cool Apps LLC for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service
• Use automated tools to abuse the free trial or referral system
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could harm Cool Apps LLC or its users

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and design of the Service are the property of Cool Apps LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that any Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all websites or browsers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cool Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

9. App-Specific Terms

Each application or software product developed by Cool Apps LLC may have terms and conditions specific to that product, stated on that product's own terms page. By choosing to use any such application or software, you agree to be bound by them in addition to these Terms.

Where a product's terms conflict with these Terms, the product's terms control with respect to that product. This applies to pricing, billing, refunds, eligibility, and any other subject on which the two differ. These Terms set a general framework; a product's terms may be more specific or more restrictive, and where they are, they govern.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.
